THE RELIGION OF PEACE

I am sure you have heard of the desire to build a mosque within 200 yards of “ground-zero” by the destructed towers of the World Trade Center.

When I first heard of the idea, I was skeptical. The more I learn of what it will mean, skepticism has morphed into downright opposition.

Watch it with concern. I cannot encourage you to “enjoy” this one. It is not something in which to take pleasure.

SIMPLIFIED JOURNEY (19): Messianic Prophets

He said to them, “How foolish you are, and how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Did not the Christ have to suffer these things and then enter His glory?” – Jesus, Luke 24:25-26

This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms. – Jesus, Luke 24:44

Indeed, all the prophets from Samuel on, as many as have spoken, have foretold these days. – Peter, Acts 3:24

In a real sense, every prophet of the Old Testament told of the coming of the Christ. The entire Hebrew Bible testifies, “Someone is coming!”
