Here are some thoughts that might shed light on present circumstances and attitudes in Churches of Christ today. These thoughts are just that. They are thoughts – not settled conclusions. They point in a direction different from that walked by many brethren. That may make them suspect – and unworthy of adoption. But they do keep recurring to me.
